Afraid of success,
I think that's ridiculous,
I'm afraid of failure,
I'm afraid of playing my hardest and still losing,
I'm afraid of giving it my all and it doesn't work out,

Oh, Source of wisdom, breath of life's own art, Please God, imbue the promptings of my heart. Grant me the words, a flowing, crystal stream, To waken spirits from a slumbering dream.
