Focus
The world is leading me astray,
A thousand voices clamoring today.
I yearn to walk with a deliberate pace,
To find the focus in this hurried race.
God, first and foremost, a guiding light above,
To anchor me in faith, and offer endless love.
Time, a precious gift, I must learn to hold,
Not let it slip like sand, growing ever cold.
Family, the warmth within a loving heart,
A sacred circle, playing a vital part.
Health, the fragile vessel, I must tend with care,
Nourish body, mind, and spirit, everywhere.
Happiness, a seed to cultivate with grace,
In simple joys, a smile upon my face.
And me, the core, the self I cannot lose,
To nurture inner strength, and choose what I infuse.
So breathe, and center, let the chaos cease,
Find focus in these pillars, find inner peace.
God, time, family, health, happiness, and I,
A balanced life, beneath a boundless sky.
