What Can I Do
What can I do to paint my world with light?
To lift the fog that clings and holds me down,
And wear the joy that should be my crown?
What can I do to reach the distant shore,
Where dreams take flight and possibilities soar?
To build a bridge across the doubt and fear,And know the triumph of a spirit clear?
What can I do to shed the skin of old,And find the strength within, a story to be told?
To sculpt myself with patience, day by day,And chase the shadows of myself away?
Learn from mistakes, let kindness be your guide,And nurture hope, deep planted, deep inside.
Release the grip of what you cannot change,And find the courage to rearrange.
Forgive the faults, both theirs and your own too,And build a future vibrant, fresh, and new.
So ask no more, but start with what you have,
A heart that beats, a spirit strong and brave.
For in this moment, potential starts to bloom,And you, yourself, can light up any room
