Hello, World! A voice takes flight,
With thoughts and feelings, burning bright.
A tapestry of views unfurled,
Opinions whispered to the world.


Not facts they claim, these words I lend,
But truths perceived, until the end.
Beliefs held close, and those defied,
A moral compass, as my guide.


I long to speak, to share my soul,
Avoiding conflict, taking hold.
For hate I shun, its bitter sting,
A different song, I wish to sing.


Perhaps my words, a tangled thread,
Yet clarity within my head.
Through eyes unique, a vision clear,
A one-of-a-kind spirit here.


Difference embraced, no need to hide,
Contentment dwells, deep inside.
My wealth lies not in earthly store,
But loving self, and asking more.


I know my flaws, a heavy chain,
The weight of sin, a constant pain.
A litany of wrongs I hold,
In verses spun, a story told.


So judge me, love me, understand,
Or leave my truth upon the sand.
This is the self I offer free,
Hello, World! This is me.
