I don’t want anything negative to happen,

But I would like to be mentally prepared for anything negative,

The unpredictable and volatility of this life makes the travel sometimes treacherous,

Oh, Source of wisdom, breath of life's own art, Please God, imbue the promptings of my heart. Grant me the words, a flowing, crystal stream, To waken spirits from a slumbering dream.
